Loved the actual room. It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and had an awesome balcony.The bed was comfortable. The lobby area was immense, and beautiful.The air smelled of freshness. Staff was great and very polite. The breakfast server was very nice.

I had to go to the front desk twice because the card wouldnt open the door. Very frustrating. Also, i tried to call the front desk multiple times but didnt realize i had to press 0 on the phone. A little heads up wouldve been nice. Also, room services opened the door and rushed in while we were still in the room. Apparently my late checkout didnt get relayed to them. Quite unprofessional to rush into a room. And lastly, breakfast was a little boring. The sausage tasted watered down, eggs were wet and mushy, but grits were awesome. In my experience the pros far outweigh the cons. This was a great hotel and would certainly visit again

Hotel was a short distance from family, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for check-in on a Friday evening. Might need to have more desk help especially on weekends.
